Pro-Life Faithful Come Out in Record Numbers
for Good Friday Vigil in Phoenix

An estimated crowd of 1200 faithful joined Bishop Thomas Olmsted for Children of the Rosary's annual three hour vigil on Good Friday at the main Planned parenthood facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

The yellow highlighting on the aerial map to the right marks where people stood during the first hour of this vigil. Due to the size of this turnout for life, it was impossible to process on the sidewalks, as is normally the case during these rosaries. The northbound right traffic lane on 7th Street was closed by the Phoenix Police Department to safely accommodate the demonstration.
